Burnside House & Gardens

An eerie, magical location for you to drop into your TTRPG. 

Burnside House & Gardens is a city park based on the many classic British parks I've enjoyed. The grounds of the former manor house were given over to the city after the house burned, and hundreds of locals now enjoy its winding walking trails, community apple orchard, and playing fields each week. 

Just because the ruins of the house (well... they're not always ruined) are haunted by the ghost of its arsonist, a fey duchess rules the orchard, the trails are a hunting ground, and the trash is alive is no reason to stop using your local green spaces.

This micro-setting is styled as a tourist pamphlet. One side is fully player-facing and reads like a real, in-world brochure. The other contains notes for the GM about what's really happening in Burnside House & Gardens.
